Effect of Organic Fertilizers on the Soil Properties and Bacterial Communities of Marigold Rhizosphere Soil

The investigation was undertaken to study the impact of different organic inputs on soil properties African marigold rhizosphere soil. Analysis variance (ANOVA) for RBD with three replications carried out using OPSTAT. present conducted in experimental farm, Department Horticulture, Assam Agricultural University, Jorhat, Assam, between 2020-2021. variety ‘Seracole’ chosen experiment consisting 7 treatment combinations one comprising recommended dose fertilizers and other six various manures, rock phosphate a consortium Azotobacter, Azospirillum PSB. It observed that T7 {Enriched compost (5 t/ha)} exhibited highest values pH, moisture content, Carbon, available Nitrogen, Phosphorus, Potassium, Microbial Biomass Carbon enzymes followed by T3 {Vermicompost (5t/ha) + Rock (100 kg/ha) consortium}. Considering positive effect growth, yield, quality health, both can be considered best adopting at field level reap good economic yield accompanied better sustainable health.
